Damaged Items
Items shipped by common carrier (freight) must be inspected prior to signing the dock receipt. If item is damaged it must be noted on dock receipt at the time of delivery.Items shipped by UPS must be noted with the driver at time of delivery.In either case refunds will not be given until claims have been filed and completed by UPS or delivering carrier. No Exceptions!
